OK OK - yeah I know I have said it before - Im shit at updating this as often as I say I might do lol. Ive been busy - honest!

Took a wee holiday for a week, to get car MOT'd - so thats me legal for another year.

just back from doing a wedding in Ardrossan Civic centre. Dawn and Paul - it was an awesome night - best gig I have done pretty much all year.

Thought hard about wether to comment on this but sod it - I will - I did nothing wrong.

Girl who I was meant to get kitten from is a total arse :) I was to go and get kitten from her, as her wee 3 year old daughter is allergic to cats apparently, so she wanted rid of it. It was all sorted that the holiday weekend I was to go get it.

She was going to a family birthday party and I text her that morning to see what time to meet up after - she said in a text (and I quote) "I have no idea going at some point to (xxxx)'s aunties with her bday present but txt me later on and ill let you know".

So as instructed - I did so. and got no answer. The only other day I would have been able to get the kitten was the day after (the holiday monday) as I work the rest of the week, and had already told her this. I called her the next day and got no answer so left a message asking her to call back.

Never heard anything. Found out a day later after talking to a mutual friend that apparently me calling her got her in "loads of trouble" and in a fit of rage shes snapped the sim card on her phone lol - believe it or dont :)

Can see maybe why my mate no longer goes out with her. Why have a phone and not expect to get phone calls - plus I was trying to do her a favour and BUY the cat from her, so im sorry, if my moneys not good enough ..... :)

Monaco F1

Currently watching the F1 race on BBCi Player. One of the most exciting races we have had all season. Wish they could all be like this.

Well, sooooo, updates .....

Not a lot to update really. Work is same as usual - up one day and down the next. Managed 15 sales in one day last week which was great considering I only need to get 4 a day :) Got some new folk on the team from another campaign so the banter factor is back up to good again.

Did a 48th birthday party last night - strange I know - but it was in Stewarton ;)

Afterwards went to see the wee nightclub in The Stewarton Arms. Busy wee night, and the music policy is really anything goes :) One minute the DJ was playing Tiesto, followed by Neil Diamond. Still mad for it punters who loved every minute. Also nice to see a female behind the decks, which is unusual in a club. Proof positive that girls can do it just as well as guys.

Anyways - must be off - away to pick up the other half, and then take my mum out for birthday dinner.

Oh yeah - before I forget - Ive created a new Twitter username for all things DJ related

In my defense I have actually been doing quite a lot, with loads happening.

Cars have been breaking down and being replaced. Now driving a very nice Honda Accord - leather seats, air con, cruise control - lovely. Hopefully the summer is going to be nice.

Downside - works still tough at times, although the sales are pretty constant. Last month was a bit of a tough time at work as one of the very popular guys at work died as a result of a tragic accident.

Jamie - you were a legend in your own lifetime. Words cannot replace anything you were, and we are all cherished with the time we spent with you, some less than others. I know I didnt know you for long, but those times were still a great laugh. The hundreds of people who attended your funeral, each and every one of them, miss you greatly. Work has never been the same since. Gone but never forgotten.

Got some wee holiday time booked to go to an engagement party in stranraer soon, so a wee night away for some drinkypops should be fun lol

Also - will be Uncle Steve soon - thats gonna be a scary thing lol - will gladly leave the nappy changing to the brother :)

well hi there - Happy New Year - 1st proper actual post from 2010

Hogmany was excellent - Cecchinis in Ayr - verrrrry busy night and a great crowd.

Over holidays - had to buy a new car so now driving a wee Vectra. Does me now considering I am hardly knocking up the same mileage I did before. Sold the wee Starlet - was actually sad to see it go, but it isnt dead yet - it will rise and fight again.

Back at work - doing well on Scottish Power - sales are starting to come in so its all good
